  • What is Yaomic?

    Yaomic is an online portal application that provides manga, novels, and other content specifically for yaoi lovers.


  • What devices can Yaomic be used on?

    Yaomic is available on iOS devices including iPhone and iPad, as well as Mac computers with M1 CPUs.

    It can also be used on Android devices (version 7 and above).

    You can download Yaomic for free from the App Store or Google Play.

  • I can't log in with my social media account.

    You will need to log in to your social media and give the Yaomic application permission.


  • How do I reset my password?

    > Tap on “Forgot Password?”
    > Type your email and tap “Confirm” then follow the instructions in the email sent to you.

    You cannot reset your social media account password on Yaomic. Please reset your password directly on the social media platform you are using.


  • I did not receive a password recovery email.

    In some cases, password recovery emails may be moved to your spam folder. If they are not there, please check your email settings to ensure the yaomic.com domain is not blocking you from sending emails.

  • What is a coin?

    Coins are a virtual currency used only in the Yaomic application, which can be exchanged for various content or items, such as character portraits.


  • How can I buy coins?

    You can purchase coins from the Coin Sales page by paying through the store's payment system, which you can access from the Coin Sales page from the Coins menu on your profile page or from the icon in the top right corner on your character page.


  • Can I transfer coins to another account?

    Coins purchased under one account cannot be transferred to other accounts, even if they were created by you.


  • Can I get a refund for the coins I purchased?

    Once successfully purchased, the coins will be considered final and we do not have a refund policy for such purchases.

  • What is a member?

    Yaomic Membership is a privilege program that gives you access to selected content, such as unlimited chapters of comics and novels, and the ability to use download features.


  • How can I become a member?

    You can subscribe by tapping the “Member” button on the top right or tapping on the locked episode and selecting the membership pack you want.


  • Will my membership automatically renew?

    For your subscription membership, your membership status will be automatically renewed.
    For free memberships that may have been acquired through promotional activities, your membership will not automatically renew.

  • How do I cancel my automatic subscription renewal?

    For users who have subscribed, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before the end of the subscription period. After canceling, the subscription status will remain until the end of the subscription period.

    For iOS
    > Go to settings on your device.
    > Tap on your name.
    > Tap on Subscription
    > Tap Yaomic
    > Tap “Cancel Subscription.” If you don’t see Cancel, your subscription has been canceled and will not renew.

    For Android (Google Play)

    > Open the Google Play app. 
    > Tap the profile icon at the top right.
    > Tap Payments & Subscriptions
    > Tap Yaomic
    > Tap to cancel your subscription.
    > Follow the instructions


  • Can I get a refund for my membership fee?

    We do not have a refund policy for subscriptions, but you can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the subscription period.
